Please note the following:
- SharePoint backups include only files (other types of data like lists, pages (CSS & images), OneNote, and others aren't included). Note: we cannot recreate a site collection, if a site is deleted, it can be restored to a new location (which must be created manually).
- Exchange backups do not include Public Folders, unlicensed mailboxes, or archived mailboxes or native archive folders.
- OneDrive backups don't include OneNote files, unlicensed or deleted users, or items from trash.
- There is a storage limit of 1TB per user (pooled for the organisation)
