We've created a new self help area to help clients with common tasks. You can find the resource under the support area link (bottom of any page, under "Other links") or in the Support Portal.

We will be developing this further over time. For now, it covers some basic Office 365 issues, how to setup the cloud desktop on new computers and some information around our BlueReef Agent.

We welcome ideas & suggestions for new articles to be added. If you can think of any, please let us know and we will have them added in due course.
