The hope is you will never have to reference this document… but if you do it is good to know we are prepared for an emergency together.
The focus of this document is to make it clear what the role & actions are of both the client and BlueReef Technology are in certain situations. Some of these in this document include;
- Backups
- Data Loss (and how to recover)
- Hacking events (and how to overcome)
- Outages
- Client Office Power or Internet Outages
